MORE REVOLUTION: More Detailed Maps, Die Rise and More!

Hi guys!

Mario here with more new information on Revolution!

MULTIPLAYER MAPS
The new multiplayer maps are actually really good, and I highly recommend getting Revolution, even if you're gonna have to wait a month (PS3 + PC users). Here's the four multiplayer maps:

MIRAGE
As I said before, it's set in the Gobi Desert and consists of one massive building with a couple of smaller parts to the map, with (as usual) a couple of really awesome camping spots. From what I've seen, this map could be good for snipers.

DOWNHILL
A ski hill resort, with ski lifts which will instantly kill you if you walk in front of them. There's a lot of hills to hide behind and quickly pop out with a sniper, but this map looks like there'll be a variety of different guns in use depending on playstyle.

HYDRO
A futuristic water dam. There is an overground and underground level and I think you can control different switches underground. Looks like a lot of people will be playing this map, it is quite spread out and has quite a few hiding spots.

GRIND
A futuristic skateboard park, and finally, NO WAYS TO CAMP!!! I hate campers so much (except if you're a sniper, go snipers!), so I'll like this map a lot! Lots of circles and curved edges to this map, so you might wanna get your rushing classes out...

DIE RISE
Now, there's lots of people excited about the Peacekeeper and Multiplayer Maps, but I think the new Zombies map might just be the best part of the update! In the new map, there's a new perk (called Who's Who), Mule Kick returns, a new Wonder Weapon (called the Sliquifier) and perks going up and down in elevators! There's a lot of twisted parts to Die Rise, as it appears there is a Mystery Box on the roof! Luckily, you can turn the power on very quickly, unlike in Green Run TranZit, in which it could take a couple rounds to get the power on.
The map is neither Survival nor TranZit, and is similar to the Black Ops 1 Zombies maps. However, there are still buildables and you can still move between buildings via launch pads and jumping. There's a new type of zombie (sort of like Gremlins, they're really quick and they attack pretty fast). The new perk (Who's Who) is basically that when you die (like, not just gone down, but literally dead), you will come back to life as a sort of ghost version of yourself, and if you manage to revive yourself you will come back to life again! The new gun (the Sliquifier) is a buildable and shoots purple liquid which is very slippery. This is great for pushing zombies off of the map! Overall, this map is pretty hackin' awesome!!!

TURNED
A sort of Party Game in Zombies! It's based around a multiplayer version of Zombies, in which everyone starts as a zombie. The starting zombies must find a cure in order to be the first human. Then, the zombies must hunt down and kill the remaining human in order to become the human. There are two different types of guns the human can use:

  1. A reverse Gun Game. You switch weapons every time you get a kill, except the weapons get worse instead of better.
  2. Or you can use an Olympia with 2 bullets, and then go straight to the M1911

Zombies get a one-hit kill and also run 75% faster than a normal zombie, which is incredibly fast, making it even harder to survive as human! This gamemode is very well worked on, although people are a little mad at there being a Zombies Gun Game equivalent.

THE PEACEKEEPER SMG!!!
Finally, a gun DLC in a Call of Duty game! This gun, however, is not overpowered in any way. It doesn't do too much damage, and it's fire rate is 720 rpm, which is a lot slower compared to the other SMGs (especially the Skorpion EVO and it's 1200 rpm). However, it does have one up side, and that is that it has a very low recoil (almost none). This means that you can put Rapid Fire on it and it should go a little faster, as well as maintaining a low recoil.
